A&D Precision Inc. proudly maintains multiple certified Class 1,000 and Class 10,000 clean rooms, encompassing over 6,000 square feet of molding and assembly space. In addition, we offer a 3,000-square-foot area equipped with a 1-ton bridge crane, designed to handle a variety of specialized manufacturing needs.

We exceed the minimum standards required for these clean room ratings, ensuring our facilities meet the highest industry benchmarks. These clean rooms are extensively utilized for assembly in sectors such as biomedical and other industries requiring stringent cleanliness standards. In these controlled environments, we perform critical processes such as sonic welding, heat sealing, in-process inspection, and final packaging, ensuring that every product meets exacting clean room requirements.

In addition to these capabilities, we also offer ultrasonic cleaning, baking, and vacuum sealing services. These specialized processes further enhance the quality and durability of your products, ensuring they are free of contaminants and properly sealed for transportation and storage.
